Instructions for Online Patients
To make a payment type the Patient Name and Birth Date, then click the “Make Payment Online” button to be directed to a secure site. Receipts are automatically generated by email. You may also print a receipt if needed.
Please Note: In order for your payment to be credited to the correct account, you must enter the Patient Name and Birth Date below. For example: John William Smith Dec 1 2000. If you do not enter the Patient Name and Birth Date, then your payment will not be credited to the correct account.
To avoid a duplicate charge to your credit card please DO NOT push the back arrow on your browser; wait for the confirmation that your payment has been received.
